Every studio comes with its kitchen, bathroom and full-height joinery already in. Add the furnished package and the rest arrives with it: a modular lounge, the bed, a dining table, lighting and SMEG appliances. Bring a suitcase, or hand the keys to your first guest.
The loft comes with its kitchen and island, bathroom and guest WC already in. The furnished package takes care of the rest: sofas and beds, lighting and rugs, plus a built-in dining bench and media unit made to fit the double-height room.

Napier Heart sits on the lower stretch of Napier Street, between Prestwich Street and Somerset Road. Cape Quarter is across the road, the cafés and cottages of De Waterkant begin a block up, and the Silo District at the V&A is twelve minutes on foot, close enough for a sunset drink on a whim. Green Point’s cafés and park are a stroll further along Somerset Road, and from the upper floors the harbour fills the view.
Most of the day happens on foot.
